Cook a batch in less than 10 minutes. This shrimp is slightly crispy on the outside, and is nice and tender on the inside. We love this shrimp because it's a delicious and fast source of high-protein and low calories.

Ingredients:
1 pound large or extra-large raw shrimp - thawed, peeled, and de-veined (tails can be on or off)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
OPTIONAL: dry seasoning (e.g. salt, black pepper, garlic powder, etc.)

Let's begin the adventure!
Preheat the oven by turning on the broiler. Put the baking rack about 5 inches from the heating element.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Coat the shrimp with oil in a mixing bowl.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet (no overlapping).
Season (optional) with your dry seasoning of choice. We used salt and pepper to keep it simple.
Broil the shrimp for 2 minutes, or until they're bright reddish-pink. No need to flip the shrimp halfway through because they cook quickly.
Serve right away and enjoy hot (or see tips for storage below).
Dash Vatsana's Seafood Hot Sauce directly onto your shrimp dish or pour it into a separate bowl for dipping shrimp!

Tips for storage:
These are a great meal prep idea, transfer to a tightly-sealed container and refrigerate for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
Voila! Eat your perfect oven-cooked shrimp with Vatsana's Seafood Hot Sauce and don't forget to Spread Joy!
